sk8god1133, in a way, a good snare CAN make you better. i have a killer set of drums. they are amazing! i have been playing for 10 years, my old snare SUCKED! it made my wrists hurt, it had practicly no rebound (even with new heads. you couldnt even do a drum roll on it. (i never thought that a $900 set could come with a shit snare). i bought a new snare, im playing like never before (snare wise).
