@MrBertStone EMG active pickups make any guitar sound good. Although Epiphone is good and i must admit I would get one. To be honest the wood quality and normal pickups on stock (non artist series guitars) for Gibson are better on both accounts. And also Gibsons keep their color longer so the paint doesnt fade and the finish on the hardware on Epiphone guitars comes off very easily especially when it has gold hardware. So really Gibson is a better choice because it will alst as long as you do!

Downpick 17th, pull off to the 13th, Up on the 15th on B, then repeat. Index finger would anchor the 13th fret on the E and the tip would also touch the B. So when your finger leaves the 15th fret of B, the string gets muted in time for you to start the pattern over again with no string noise.

Repeat for every pattern.

@mrmaybe Hmm, I'm not really a guitar pro, but my advice would be to slow the song down to the point of where you can play it all cleanly and on time, and then slowly speed it up. Make sure to play with a metronome and slow back down if you start to get sloppy. As for the finger moving, if you get it down playing it slow, then it should come naturally from muscle memory when you speed it up. Hope this somewhat helped.

and I never play anything the way I should play it... I do what is natural to ME . . . there's no rules in guitar other than to do what feels right for you
