Because he'll attack you, and kill you given the chance, and that means damage %, and for the 100% score you need max 10% damage.

@LCHC1 By the way, it WORKED for me only if I beat teh 3rd one, I had to kill SANTO he's with a knife and you just kick his ass down :) try it more often and you will be able to kill him, it's just a bug when he kills you, try it more often. Good Luck :)

I had the same problem. When i take the dive, and supposingly finish the game, it came to the part where it takes forever to load. This happens for PC version.

ACtually i somehow manage to counter the problem. I actually let myself win all 3 rounds of the fighting scene for tat mission, and the loadin problem doesnt seems to be an issue anymore.

I manage to somehow "counter" the problem.

In the mission, instead of taking a dive when I'm fighting the 3rd guy, i actually fight him till he collapsed, thus meaning i didn't take the dive. And the games loads as per normal, and i can continue to play on ther mission.
