You are right....it is hard to stop straightening hair all together...because I am one of those girls that straighten my hair alllll the time. I have tried a few things though and I hope that in the long run my hair has benefits from doing so: I stopped blow drying my hair, just let it dry naturally, and I dont straighten my hair everyday, if I wake up the next morning and its kinda messy, I put a little scunch in it or braid it w/o the straightening. So far its helpd. Still straightenin tho :/

Hi, Kym -- There is some glare-bounce-back when you put your bottles up to the camera (a little too close may be the problem). You might wanna place all your recommended products on a table at the end of--or during--your presentation...Then zoom right on in so we can get a more clear, legible glimpse as we run through the woods to our local stores... @InstantSpark1 My hair is longer than yours so maybe this won't work for you but it might! I found this mousse called Sammy:Curl Constructor. What I do is after I shower I don't brush it (so make sure your using enough conditioner) then I use my towel to scrunch my hair. After scrunching for a little I put a pump of the mousse in my hand and start scrunching it in. It. works. so. well. Its the only mousse thats ever worked for me. Now I don't have to straighten my hair so much!

JDubyxxx deep condition and just make sure your hair has a lot of moisture especially if it is curly wavy and thick I don't have a lot of tricks but I rince my hair in cold water. Then when I hop out the shower I fill a bowl with ice cold water and let a face wash towel or some kind of small towel soak in there. I'll spray my hair with leave in conditioner and put just a little bit of mousse then scrunch my hair with the towell the cold helps lock in the curls and it "de-poofed" my hair(:

My hair is very thick& a medium/long length. I feel I can't do anything but straighten it to keep it looking nice and controlled. When I let it go natural it is very unevenly wavey and way to big and just looks bad... so is there anything I can do besides straightening it everyday? Does anyone have a similar problem or trick?

Hi Kymmy! I'm in Az and we're currently going through our monsoon season, where it's SUPER humid. My hair has been frizzy and out of control so I've been putting it in a ponytail just about everyday. Any suggestions?? If I let it air dry, I look like I stuck a fork in a light socket. Is there a product I can use to tame the frizz, let it air dry, but it's not to heavy?? Please Help!!

this is kind of off topic to the video, but whenever I try to use conditioners that are known to make hair really silky, it ends up weighing down my hair and making it greasy. i'm not really sure of how to fix this....haha
