"your windows are open" mine does the same shit- even had a friend hear me say hi while he was walking in DOWNSTAIRS..... but i'm sure that was enough air current to do what you saw. either that or an electrical outlet with too many plugs!!! shits scared the shit outta me- but just basically "accepted it" and now it's stopped... i'm not God idk wtf is up w/ my place but something happens too often around here randomly for no fucking reason
