Sure...you can again 10-12 inches of vertical leap but this kid was born with genetics that allow him to be this athletic. And no..not everyone can jump high as this kid...they can make gains but your athletic ability is what your born with...you can make gains..but nothing drastic as this...skills on the other hand can be improved with time.

@Gabolong squats, depth jumps when you get to x1,5 times your body weight in the squat (if you re 70 kgs, should be able to squat 105 kgs) stairs explosively, jump rope and powercleans if you have the courage... those are the basics... also some deadlifts and some calf workouts im 17 years old 5,65 and i grab rim...these exercises added 10 inches to my vert in 1 year

Skeletal muscle and balance has lots to do with jumping power but some have a mutation in the MSTN gene that gives increased muscularity which results in athleticism given the right diet etc. So I say 60 percent hard work 40 talent. I know guys that can jump ridiculously high that never played on a varsity team or anything like that.
