Fav'd. Mainly due to the fact that it's Tom Baker: The 4th Doctor Who. Not That I don't love the recent ones. Personally, I think David Tennant(10th) is waaay better than the 11th. But they both have the tenacity and energy to fit the doctor who. But Tom Baker introduced those personalities. And more. :D I'm sure they will find someway to put the episodes on the web. The whole complete set. But with SOPA and the top downloading sites going down. I'm quite afraid to even attempt it.

Theres the first one we saw the earth pony, which i consider 10, the Pegasus, which i consider 11, theres the one that fluttershy looks at during the gala song which i think is 5, so there might be a fifth one that looks like 10.

He has time lord knowledge and technology, but nothing that would equally replaced by magic.

Whether he was meant to be the 5th or 11th Doctor I don't know, but judging by his blonde hair I would think he was meant to be Peter Davison's incarnation.
