It's not just the sigh at 3:30, but right after that, she has this slight, quivering vibrato note on the last word "love". I remember reading something about Patsy listening to the playback and knowing this was it when she heard that slight tremor at the end. It's absolute genius! Her voice told the emotions and feelings of a song in a way that no one has ever been able to, before or since. She was one in a million.

Such an awesome voice. This woman could seriously have set the world on fire as a lounge singer. What's even more amazing is that one must realize how little "mixing" - compared to today's music anyway - was done in the studio with artists of the 1950s and 1960s. So much of what you're hearing is truly her own voice and it still captivates you.

If you listen to the end of the song where she pauses, when she takes that last breath, you can hear in her voice that she was crying from the emotion of the song.
