It does work , but theres a trick to it. The two support beams (the ones that are at an angle) - dont make them too long. No longer than 125. Try that and it should work.

For people on level 9. try refreshing the page (the game will save your place). For some reason it was not working for me using the same method as shown in the video. I tried refreshing and got it on the first go. Seems illogical to me but... it worked.

If you have troubles in level 9, just refresh the site and you will have no problems at all. There's probably a glitch in the game.

lvel 16 make sure the upper parts are symmetrical.  I used all steel for my support beams and a wooden walkway. and make sure the side posts are perfectly up and down.
