The door numbers were actually changed because they were supposed to be on like the 5th floor was it(cant remember) and number 5 couldnt be if there was 2 apartments on each hallway, so they had to change it

the first one is NOT a mistake. the door in the first scene is the one across the hall, their door was perpendicular to the camera so you can't see it, the next scene the door you see is actually theirs. their door has always been 5 and never 4.

You Know' Chandler specifically mentions that they live in 19 but for the pizza he's ordering to go to 20.

In episode 4: The One With George Stephanopoulous Joey and Chandler invite Ross to a Rangers game, and claim it's his birthday present. Ross however says "funny because my birthday was 7 months ago." He then looks at the ticket and says "oh my god is today October 30th?" so seven months from October would mean Ross' birthday was actually in March.

It's just because they probably did the same scene different days and cut out the good parts from both days and put them together but they just forgot some little tiny details and didn't notice. Between 3 to 4 episode the were living in their old apartment, where they just moved into the girls apartment. There are a lot of mistake with MICS showing in the camera frame. "Naked" shoot of Joey where you can see the shadow ,where Joey is wearing a boxer short...there are a few more...:D...only of you showed was new for me!

In the first couple of episodes Chandler and Joey's apartment number was #4 and Monica and Rachel's apartment number was #5. However, in the later episodes, they are 19 and 20 respectively because the producers noted that 4 and 5 corresponded to apartments on lower floors and the Friends' apartments were higher up the building.. that's why they were changed :P
