this does absolutely NO boosting. like you said, it is a passive box, therefore it ONLY CUTS. none the less, it is a nice little tone control which was made popular by Mark Hammer. Jack Orman came up with the SWTC2 which has on his AMZ page.
Thanks for listening. I am not familiar with that song by name, but Robin Trower is one of my guitar influences for sure. If it is real old Procul Harem I probably heard it before.
Thanks for listening. I do not know of any other boxes quite like this one but I have not looked that hard either. This one is interesting because the volume remains fairly constant when you dial in the treble boost or treble cut, and it does not affect the bass response of the pedal.
Wrong... You forgot to actually comment the actual video... So Cheers for first actual comment by me! Great sound im diggin it, as I dig all your Pedals, The tone is real classic crunchy and dirty sounding probably great for blues driven rock
What component values did you use? Also, does this cause you to lose highs when you roll down the level knob on the tonebender?

@rnfr It was Mark Hammer who came up with the circuit and Jack refined and made it popular.

I added a link in the More Info section ----->
This give you the plans to build it and this is the easiest sound effects box you could ever want it requires no batteries.
