What does the guy say at minute 1 second 11? that she stops the singing and talks to the dude... and because of what she says and does from 3:22 to 3:30 I am guessing the guy was being an asshole.

lol, nope, those were people beatboxing and tapping on their tables, like she asked for at the start of the video. When she stops, she's thanking one of them. She's pretty well known at the Boulder open mic, and most of the people there are her friends.
