The pay is less than minimum wage and you don't even get your gas money back. You work 3 hours to get paid $10 - 25. The only people that make money are the marketing companies that hire you! Slave labor! Scam!

Company management does not need a single person to visit thier operation once a month to tell them they have lines at the registers. They decide the budget, and the therefore the headcount of staff available for service. People love to complian about the service these days, but who stops to think of the decision makers responsible for lousy service?

@seneca67 I'll back that one up, But the lack of staff enthusiasm, Is no joke.
I walk into a shop for the ENTHUSIASM, Ummm no, I walked into midland gate shopping centre a few days before christmas, Where the hell was the INTEREST IN THE JOB, I thought we as customers paid for there products, That paid for there wages.
