I believe that a lot of large corporations make their decisions out of a state of fear. When they say their is a lack of qualified employees, I would have to disagree. What they really mean is that their is a lack of people with specific work experience. Large corporations do not want to invest a few months salary into allowing a new employee in learnig how to do their job. The expect a ready made solution to their problems.
