I can get all the Chaos Emeralds by Emerald Hill act 2. (there's 8 lamp posts in EHZ. 3 in Act1, 5 in act 2, so it's possible without cheating) Well better luck next time. And yeah, what MarkoManX said....don't go in circles, you'll get more rings!

LMFAO! I'm crying too! That bought back memories when I first tried to get that last gotdamn Emerald in Sonic 2. The last part of that Special Stage is ridiculous. In the event you haven't gotten it yet, here's a tip: Get as many rings as you can in the first 2 parts, and don't go in circles in the last part, you'll get more rings if you aim for them. And "dodge tha balls, you'll be good."
