@Poelewoele - It is, the only real difference is the position of uke. Sumi gaeshi is the same but from a more standard front grip. But you're not wrong, hell these days the slightest change seems enough to give it a whole new name; to me, tawara gaeshi, obi tori gaeshi, hikkomi gaeshi and the like are all variations on sumi gaeshi. :)
Sumi Gaeshi if Tori corner throws with sleeve and collar, Obitori Gaeshi if Tori reaches over and grabs Uke's belt. Nice demo...we call this exact throw "Obitori Gaeshi" Belt Grab Reversal in our Club.

The book 'Attacking Judo' (Kashiwazaki & Nakanishi) describes this exact throw as Hikkomi Gaeshi.
