Hi, do you still have this? Was thinking of getting one. Can you tell me if it is tunable to the PMR frequencies:

Channel Frequency in MHz

1 446.00625

2 446.01875

3 446.03125

4 446.04375

etc. Can it D/W to these if it does? Was going to use this when out and about but want my kids to use normal PMR radio's just so I don't have to carry 2 with me!

i can only find this ham radio for 400-470 mhz UHF, how is it tunable to FM (or below 137 mhz).

does the display show 899 mhz, or 89.9 mhz or just a channel name ?

@pteppig This radio is as you say 400-470mhz! It has a built in FM radio and the display is showing 89.9 Mhz!

To get to the FM radio push the F/lock button then number 8 then you are there!

Once in the FM broadcast mode you can push the VFO button, and use the channel selector on the top of the radio to scan UP or DOWN through the band.

You can also store 15 memory chans on the FM radio by pushing the F button then the MR button locate then chan you want to store it on then push the ptt.
