the dreamcast doa 2s (i say it in plural because of the limited edition) is still way better looking than the ps2 version. the graphics in the ps2 version looked all washed out compared to this.

this was easily the most impressive looking game on the dreamcast. tecmo proves in this game that they have the knack of pushing a console's graphical capabilities to its maximum and it really shows at a blinding 60fps. the only game that is even in the same league as this game graphically is soul calibur. plus this game is crazy fun to play to boot and established the current formula used in doa games to this day (ditching the ring out damage from doa 1).

Tomonobu left Team Ninja, so I don't know if a DOA5 will happen. I hope so, the game was starting to get a lot better with DOA4.

I kinda slept on DOA for a while even though I owned DOA2 for PS2, and DOA4 for the X360. I was amused playing this, and had fun playing this game. If I ever found it, I'd get DOA4 back in my game library.

DEAD OR ALIVE 2 is wanna the best fighting games. Maybe the best fighting game for Dreamcast; though Soul Calibur is hard to beat; and it is a much vaster game. I do agree with the guys that the backgrounds are way better than Tekken, and its awesome how you can knock your opponents through windows off ledges. The tag mode is really awesome and the last boss was really creative. Outside of the realm of the old Mortal Kombat games and Soul Cal its the best fighting game.

i used to play this on the xbox online. by far my favorite fighter game. the grappling is actually very useful. if you start a combo u can hit them like once or twice and while they r blocking just grab them. if youve never played this game before you should check it out. i havent played doa4 but since doa2 and doa3 were almost identical i think it would be a safe bet to pick up doa4. it is a must to play this game.

@438bloody Are you insane? Fallout 3 is no where near as complex as the first 2. I have played Fallout 3 and its total crap. It does not even ride the first two games coat tails. Its a FPS aimed at todays retarded kiddie gamers. If it wasn't Bethesda would have made it a 2d isometric game and concentrated more on gameplay, story and actual role playing. Instead all they did was make sure the graphics looked nice and bloom effects were set at max. Total shitty game.

@wulfshelmut The game is NOT GOOD BECAUSE OF GRAPHICS. In fact, I've seen hell of a lot better gfx in games. The first two were awesome, but Fallout 3 is much MUCH MUCH different. You can't play it expecting Fallout 1 and 2 all over again. There's plenty of role-playing in the game. Also, the games FPS elements are NOTHING LIKE an FPS AT ALL. The gameplay of it was fantastic. You're playing Fallout 3 as if it is another Fallout 1 & 2, so shut up and talk to me when you play it like its own game.
