I wanna say that ant standard a 27 turn motor der! u have the same mo3 as me n standard ones is not 27 turn i'm buying a 27 turn 2mow coz it's to dam slow! I wanna get a 37 turn motor but it's 60 pound.

What ? The more numbr of turns the lower the speed and higher the torque. It is 27 , cas the sport tuned is 23.

the less turns a motor the faster it is... you can get a 12 turn on modelsport for about 20 quid. but you will need a better ESC as the stock TEU-101 only goes up to 27 (stock motor) the standard machbuchi 540 "silver can" is 27 turns. the lower the turns the faster. so dont say we dont know about our own models. modelsport uk sell lower turn rated escs and better motors for cheap.

@nipperoid Ive ran a 20 turn motor on my TEU-101 speed controller for about 3 months now and its fine.

Tamiya say the safe limit for that particular ESC is 23 turn so a sport tuned motor can be used.
