  • I cannot watch this video. The audio sync is off and the add at the bottom is so annoying that well. i logged off. Too bad. I love Nick Cave and this song. But this video is shit.

  • @BigGiantFilms can you read? if you can read you'll find the solution.

  • @thesoulbreath Que?

  • @thesoulbreath Que???

  • @thesoulbreath worst place to place the link...cant reach it

  • @carlosandresasdfg it's because of youtube layout's changes, some time ago the link was reachable. in next days I'll try to fix this or just delete all out-of-synch videos.

  • Once upon a time I was there in the front, stage right, middle! "When I came up out of the meat locker, the city was gone..."

  • I am somewhere in this video! I was on the floor Stage Right, or your left!

  • And a few days later.. the city was gone indeed

  • This song reminds me of how I chased a car once... Just to watch her drive away... Gone and gone she was, never to be seen again..

  • Is it just me or is every album he puts out better than the last? Although i took Murder Ballads out of this theory. That album cant compare to anything i have heard before.

  • His a GOD When city is gone

  • Such power, such elegance...

  • I saw them play this at ATP and now it's my favourite song!

  • Same! the live version was like twenty times better than the recorded version though.

  • AMAZING, LEGENDS

  • i saw him in athens what a great artist..what aperfect song

  • Saw them in Montreal and that was one amazing song to see live. When Warren gets going on the guitar, he sounded like Eddie Van Halen.

The musicianship was pure and magical. If they had played "Electric Alice" from the Grinderman album....it would have been a perfect evening.

Thank God for artists like these guys for keeping the music scene as real as possible.

    Rock On,

  • I was there in the Holliwood Bowl in L.A. on Sep.17.OHHHHH MY GOD.....HE'S AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GREAT SHOW. Love Fiore:)

  • good deam whot a good song!!!!!!

  • Thanks for posting a high qual vid.....Nick Cave & Bad Seeds is Genius music...what an album

  • this song is growing on me...

  • My favourite song from this album and thats saying alot...this entire album is perfect, one of the best albums so far this year.

  • It's actually a musical instrument. I don't know the name, but I do know it's an instrument...

  • I'm a lucky lad and had after show passes for last nights gig in the UK. I took the opportunity to ask Warren about the instrument. It's called a Guica, originally from Africa he thinks where they used to make them from some hard skinned fruit with animal skin stretched over. He uses a rag (which he spits on) and tightens the string attached to the skin and rubs to create the unique sound. A very interesting conversation....Thanks Warren!

  • Sorry, a Cuica, not a Guica, my typo.

  • You know, dragon, I'm not the kind to make obvioous statements but I'm pretty sure most of us could figure out it was some kind of instrument.

I mean they are MUSICIANS, on a stage, performing MUSIC, after all.

  • Holy Carp, alert the media that musicians play music...I was totally lost on that fact. I realize that it was a musical instrument, I was thinking out loud at the time...

  • LMAO! Sorry, about that.

  • What the FUCK is Ellis fiddling about with there?

  • Damn good question. I'd also like to know the answer to that. For all purposes it appears to be a tin can with a thin lid being manipulated by a rag.
