Kyokushin is NO JOKE. Done the old way, it's almost impossible to ever reach yudansha...you'd have to, as a brown belt testing for black, beat or hold your own against TWO black belts. Wish I WAS kidding. I'm not.

Kyokushin guys always look huge. Haha.

I do TKD although I cross-trained in Karate and Kickboxing. Kyokushin fighters are usually stocky as hell, probably from their style of fighting. A punch from them hurts like crazy.

I do ITF taekwondo and Our breaking demonstrations are just as good as this :) we add more jumping kicks and flying kicks though :)
