  • nice video man, good advise given... I posted a response of my garage for you also.

  • "Dykes" short for diagonal cutters

  • Damn you got a nice garage and the birds singing in the background for added relaxation...

  • @eBiology thanks man yeah alot of birds here in australia

  • @sscustoms100 Hehe =P

  • Seems more like an inventory video and not much about how to actually organize it..

    Nice shop though!

  • need to sume out so we can actually see

  • @iconxmonkey408 hope you mean zoom out

  • Nice set up, I would not be able find anything if my garage was that neat. lol

  • Nice setup, why do you label the drawers? is it cos other people use your tools too? or just a personal organisational thing?

  • @1wokstar hey man lil bit of both i use my tools but so do other ppl so its just easier

  • @sscustoms100 Do you use your SAE set much?

  • @1wokstar nah mostly metric

  • Nice set up

  • i had my hands on a dyke once

  • dike is short for diagonal side cutters

  • Oh I love the pinks and reds, really do! LOL

  • LOL @ our American names for things. "Hey Bob, get your hands off those dikes!" But then again, I always thought the term "fag" for a cigarette was a funny name too. What colorful world we live in.

  • where did u get the red ratchet and sockets from I really really like them

  • @ELITECMDR666 ohh it was a limited edition bathurst set for v8 super cars you might be able to pick one up on ebay i got mine for 8 bucks there was only 2-3 left

  • OMG I WANT THAT RED ONE on the top white, hey mate where you get that tool box i know its not a snap-on or matco but it looks cool. how is it holding up to all the tool weight and where did u get that red tool...

  • @ELITECMDR666 its just a cheapy box whats part in the video is the red box in i couldnt even seen it but i payed but $100 brand new for it iv had it for 4 -5 years stil goes great

  • Really nice set up man I plan to own my own shop one day, pretty much done working for mechanic shops. Based off my experience it aint worth it on the mechanics side, managers just lie and pull stuff out their ass to get you to keep on working for them.

  • @AdoboKingTV yep they make up there own prices and shit then when they customer comes back they say somthing totally diferant,

  • Cool! great vid Sam!

With the air tools, do you know where to buy the wire brush ones? or is it a wire wheel that is used with the die grinder air tool?

Reminds me, i need to get myself a decent toolbox for my tools :( lol.

  • @mattyvt93 hi matty yeah i no you can get the ones for a drill but im sure if you go to gasweld or toolies they will have the die grinder attachments ..yeah i seen a whole kit on ebay cheap to straight die grinder kit with grinding stones

    cheers sam

  • @sscustoms100 Ahh fair enough mate, ill check around on ebay for starters :)

  • @mattyvt93 i personally stay away from wire heels as much as possible, i use the sand paper like disks instead, cant remember thier name, they do the same job, just without the flying high speed metal wires.

  • @madflyer1093 Do you mean flap discs? Good wire wheels don't break so much until they are shot. I prefer knotted over crimped. A trick is to buy wheels rated for a higher speed than you intend to run them. They hold up a lot better than running wire wheels close to their maximum rated speed. For hand held use I generally prefer cup brushes over wheels. Then there is your angle of attack on the work you're doing. Get that wrong and it is bad. Light touch, let the tool do the work!

  • man that is a nice setup, I have nothing close to that... and thats is alot of dollar's worth of kit.

  • @djeraser thanks man yeah its worth it tho good tools go along way but i dont spend a fortune on tools i just guy decent stuff

    cheers sam
