Yeah, I remember this tour. I was going to go when they were in Detroit, glad I didn't. Love the two bands, but both Glenn Danzig and Rob Zombie suck live. I met him at a signing at Tower Records in Phoenix the night before the Tuba City incident. Place was packed with fans and Glenn was a cool as hell to everyone. I was shocked to see him sign a Misfits box set for a fan, I always heard he refused. He seems like the kind of guy that appreciates his fans and he doesnt give a shit what the media or other musicians think about him. Dudes a legend

See, I wonder how much of his bad rep is down to his frosty relationship with the media and the music business, and his tendency to speak his mind, because I know fans who have met him and he was real friendly and respectful, happy to sign stuff, have pictures taken, chat about books and comics etc. He def puts on a kickass show though, and he is one of the best vocalists and songwriters ever.

Yeah, it took a while and its still my least favourite of all his work, but it still has some classic tracks. This lineup was my favourite, but I think everything he does is kickass, from Misfits up to now. The lost tracks had some killer stuff too.

This is prime Danzig in my opinion. The original lineup, time enough into their career to have three amazing albums under their belts and the energy to perform absolutely balls out. I saw Danzing back in '05 with Johnny Kelly on drums, but nobody can top Chuck Biscuits! Sadly never caught them during the great original lineup years.

This show did indeed kick major ass. I saw both of his Irvine shows, after the releases of Danzig 3 (1993) and Danzig 4 (1996). Lots of Halloween costumes, lots of boozing. They opened up with Godless and went right into Left Hand Black. The place went nuts.
