Africa is the continent with the most countries on the "Most Rapidly Industrializing Nations" list and has the most countries unaffected by the Great Recession. There have been black farmers in Zimbabwe since at least 500 AD. The problem now is many are farming the old way instead of with industrialized farming equipment like most modern nations.
