Dave is just Dave. Everyone has thier on taste in music and what they think sounds good. I think he sounds GREAT !!!!!!!!! HE LOOKS great too. Saw VH in Houston in 1/2008. Dave is still hot and kick ass. The whole band was great. They really sounded Awesome.
Not bad, not fantastic. Was DLR imitating Kermit The Frog at one point during the song? Much better than the last time I saw him live, that's for sure. The 'say hello to Little Elvis, Motherfucker" stuff is pretty lame in this day and age IMHO, as are the poses he takes (like a rapper) during the beginning of the song. I hope to see him with Ed, Al and Mike in 07.

So start by picking up the 6 pack of CVH again and give a few solo Dave songs a go around for old times sake. And you'll see what many have seen, that Dave is VH.
I think Dave outshines ANY "performer" in the music biz. Name ONE other "personality" like Dave that has come our way since the 80's? Vocals? You want vocals go listen to Sting I hear he's doing soemthing very vocal lately.
Dave's vocals are bad lately...He doesn't come close to singing on a professional level. Has he he abused his vocal chords beyond repair? Besides a vocal coach he should consider a life coach as well. His persona has not "matured" with his age. Not pretty!! Of course I don't have millions of fans world-wide so what makes me an expert on what it takes to be a star? All kidding aside...Dave with VH was some of the best talent ever.
