Lets be honest about the real issue here. The airline company allowed another person to purchase the seat she had purchased, and was holding. This airline company broke with international protocol and closed the gate when ownership of the seat was in question, thus violating the human rights of the woman, as well as that of her son. This shows the airline company is less than adequate for international travel. My wife and I had our gate close too early in Guangzhou, China.
