Thanks it works. But be careful on pulling out the base plastic cap - mine kinda cracked a bit but I was able to put it back anyway. Wonder how much it cost for a new plastic cap? Cheers :>
You rock! The technique worked perfectly on my '04 Highlander. I was being too timid with it on my first try. I'm trying to figure out how the manual can possibly fail to mention anything about changing wiper blades.
Thank You So Much for this Video! Thank you for specifically instructing on the REAR WIPER! This task is not mentioned in the manual. A pic is worth a thousand words, this video gave me courage to be brave & know how much force to use before breaking it! BTW for use w/ RainEx Lattitude replacement wipers, remove the pre-installed small internal adapter piece before attaching to van's wiper arm. Spin the lil' adapter 'til the lil' arm is visible and pop out, I used a butterknife.
Thanks. I got it off like a charm but when I tried to close it, the plastic piece at the base was all the way in so when I closed the wiper arm, the arm broke at the base. Just be gentle putting it back :-)

@lsh3rd Thanks for the kind words... i'm glad it helped. This works on most of the rear wiper blades on a Toyota.
