Nani and Anderson are young, probably as young as Fabregas and Adebayor. I bet Anderson had more starts this season than Theo Walcott did, and the only reason Simpson didnt get so many starts was coz Brown's been in good form this season, and you want to play with the same back 4 for long periods of time. You dont substitute an in-form player for a relatively new player, and anyways, you do need some experience in the squad. Kids dont win trophies, the right balance of youth and exp. does.

The only player to come through the manure youth academy recently is keiran richardson who now plays for sunderland. Arsenal: Bentley, Sidwell, Harper, Upson, Connolly, Pennant just to name some. They all play at the top level. THEY ARE ALL ENGLISH! just couldnt cut the mustard like richardson. If Ramsey is good enough he will get a chance. Bentley got unlucky because Pires, Bergkamp and Freddie where all in there prime!

I think Ramsey made the wrong decision. Wenger hardly plays young British players in his 1st team, even if they give great performances. Just ask Theo Walcott. At least if you perform well, you will get a 1st team spot at United, no matter what your age/nationality is. We played both Nani and Anderson so many times this season, and our depth meant we won the league. Those going on about CR7 winning us the league, wonder where Arsenal would be without Adebayor's goals,or Liverpool without Torres'

Last time I heard that was when RVN left, funny how we were winning the league and are now champions of Europe without him. Before that, I heard the same when Beckham left. Didnt make that big an impact as people said it would that time either. Before that, it was when Hughes and co were replaced by young talent from the youth team. We won the treble with the inexperienced guys in 99. Fact, with or without Ronaldo, we will win trophies while Arsenal will have yet another trophyless season.
