The "nipple" monsters are actually called Phantasmagoria, and are made of tourtured souls like the Boojum's :)

You don't get reflected because that isn't a actual reflection. It's a simple texture that is rendered with environment mapping. It only simulates the effect ;)

This reminds me of London Dungeons a few years back where they lead you into a mirrored labyrnth, I wonder if there are any perminent mazes of mirrors in the UK... hmmm

One of the biggest secrets in the game is in this level. Just in front of the swirling tunnel, look to your left and you will see a floating platform with a looking glass and a clockface. Run down the tunnel past the half-way point, throw jacks at the phantasmagoria, and then turn around jumping continuously. Make a wild leap for the platform. Good luck! Stepping on the clockface will take you to the asylum corridor with classrooms and nightmare spiders. Break the clocks with cards.
