With vocal coaching the young lady singing elphaba's role could be extremely good, the other girl, ok voice but to be honest a bit weird... if you are trying to take off a massive west end/broadway show tune there is no point pratting around the girl in black is talented, could with training do very well..

Okay the main problem about this video is that the girl who is playing Glinda is looking too much at the camera. I understand that eye contact is good but looking at the camera every five seconds makes the audience wonder if the other girl has bad breath or something. Remember you're supposed to make it seem as if your trying to convince Elphaba not use the camera as a mirror. Besides that the pitch is a bit off but it's decent.
