You are absolutely right -- the video was shot in Philly in August of 94 -- for Atlantic Records. The director was Renee Johnston and I was the producer. Not sure who Vincent H. is.

This group is out of Philly,also known as LASTEST IMAGE before they were signed. They signed on EASTWEST RECORDS when they did this Song & Vid under the name Brotha. They later signed with CASH MONEY RECORDS as UNPLUGGED, the name changed 1 last time to Official, they did the Baller Blockin's soundtrack. 1 member won a grammy, they have all moved on to other projects, but still remaine in the Biz.
