You know it just makes me sick to my stomach to know that band Nine Inch Nails covered this song without Johnny Cash's permission. Immoral bands like Nine Inch Nails should never do covers of music written by a god fearing man such as Johnny Cash. This is the lord's music. Not devil music. Yall can spam my channel as much as you want to and post all the negative comments you want, but ain't nothing going to change the fact that what Trent Reznor did was wrong. Plain and simple. Leave me alone.
Can everyone please check out my channel , i have two videos at the moment , i would appreciate any feedback.I hate to spam but otherwise i wouldn't get noticed , thank you.
People should not cover Johnny Cash! The original Johnny Cash song is way better! Trent Reznor just doen't do this song the way Cash had intended it to be. And the worst part is that Reznor changes the word "thorns" to "shit." How could you be so full of hate? And I already know what wiki says and what the album credits say on the album you have at home. Trust me. It's all bullshit. It's a conspiracy by Trent and his vampire lawyers. Proof is on my channel.
One of the greatest tracks ever recorded, and it probably should not be touched, but I thought I'd take a risk....check out my subtle dubstep take on this amazing track at hobbzification on youtube or go to soundcloud to download.
One of the hardest tracks to work with as the rhythm/arrangement goes in and out of synch, but done what I can without ruining the original too much (I hope!)
Please comment if u have something to say....good or bad on this one!
I like how you can hear his age in the vocals (as in "he's an old man" not "hes xx number of years old"... though it would be amazing if you could tell something like that from someones voice...)

This song was originally sung by Trent Reznor and Cash made this cover of it. Reznor heard the cover and dedicated the song to Cash.

Please check out my subtle dubstep take on the legendary Johnny Cash and his phenomenal cover of NIN's 'Hurt'.
I'm aware of how risky it is to remix such an iconic artist/song, but I feel that my reconstruction serves it's purpose for 2010.....
You'll find it at "beatbeatblog" under the post "fresh reconstructions".
You can also download the remix via soundcloud.....
Thanks for your time J.Cash fans....
