  • Hi Stefannii, I just subscribed because I love your playing of that song. I hadn't heard it before and really enjoy that stuff. Thanks.

  • I like this even better than Wes Montgomery's version. So enjoyable to listen to your playing. Thank you so much for sharing it with us all.

  • Tocas la guitarra muy chido, de hecho la mejor interpretación de "Crecí acostumbrado a tu rostro" en todo YouTube

  • Good dynamic contrast, dude! Brought out the waltz time too!

  • wow beautiful playing.

  • wow i could get acustomed to your face .I am allowed to say that cause i am an old man 'Joking aside you are a very talented young lady .!

  • beautiful song to match a beautiful person. Nicely done

  • great job!

  • I've grown accustomed is one pretty song & it lends it lends itself to jazz very nicely & u play it with such sensitivity i was carried like on a meditation.Very nice guitar solo & with such feeling.More.

  • NIce rendition of Tuck Andress's arrangement. He's a great guy to study. Check out his version of Carlos Santana's "Europa." It's fabulous.

  • Nice job you have velvet sensitivity. The world needs more of this music. melancholy and beautiful.

  • Beautifully done. Sweet and touching.

  • Sweet playing and sweet Gibson dot.....Just dosen't get much better than that. Good luck in the future.

  • One second your heart is turned from light to dark then back again, twisted round, stretched, pulled, swung around your head, tossed up high, dropped down to the depths, led through valleys of light and crystal, then through verdant woods of soft greens and browns and then.....

The music ends and you find you are where you were when it started in the same chair.

Wes's playing does that to me, and you did too,

    The magic of music.

    Played from the heart.

  • Lovely

  • Beautiful guitar playing. I am so impressed with you.

    John. NZ.

  • I WANT YOUR GUITAR!

  • Very impressive! I saw a couple of your videos and I enjoyed them very much. I find it very cool how you're not limiting your music. Btw I got accepted to Berklee and I start in

January so hope to see you there :)

  • beautiful music

  • You made me feel.. a very mellow feeling.. so warm and touching almost cried great. I must say, great performing.

  • I think Wes might be smiling from somewhere up above. And I'm afraid that I'm growing accustomed to your guitar playing, love the way you do.

  • Hello! That was gorgeous, sweetie! (-:

  • yeah!

  • Beautifully done Steffanii.

Sounds like you burnt some midnite oil transcribing this lovely tune. Thanks for providing this video as a template for my own guitar transcription!

  • hi!...it,s very nice, Greetings from Spain!

  • joue le avec le pouce c'est plus doux !

  • @archum I still think this works though. :)

  • You play nicely and you have beautiful hands.

  • You have a very good taste with the choice of your repertoire. This Wes version of that tune is the best, and your playing is marvellous. :o)

  • very vey nice

  • 素敵です〜私も練習させて頂きます〜

    WESよりビジュアルで勝ってますね!

  • Lol I like the soft jazz head banging action! I'm learning this song right now, and I think I like your video the best!

  • love that arrangement and love the tone, great fingerstyle sounds =)

u should check out the ted greene version too: watch?v=l2x6oVt-VEU

  • Great sound. You are very smooth

  • You get an amazing sound on these videos, how???? I have watched about 5 now and you are amazing. Hope your school is going well. Are you playing a Gibson semi hallow??

  • One of my favorite songs......You are fantastic!

  • Beautiful playing, and what a nice tone from that guitar/amp combo. Many thanks for posting this!

  • Really nice!

  • I like your interpretation just as much.

  • As an older Jazz guitar player/student, I've really enjoyed this video but it's given me a case of finger envy. Your long slender fingers were built for playing jazz positions and for myself as a player with relatively fat fingers, it's a real joy to watch you work the finger board.

You've been blessed with guitar fingerboard DNA - I look forward to your subsequent videos - You obviously love the music you play - Ed/Central California

  • Please don't take this as an insult ... I really don't want it to sound that way ..... but as a guy who has played guitar all his adult life, it is refreshing (to say the least) to see a pretty woman who has obviously put in the time and work it takes to be able to do this.

  • One of my favorite Wes Montgomery songs! You played it with such sensitivity. Wonderful!

  • Very nice! I think you have a good feel for this music. You might enjoy playing "Sua Cosa" by John Duarte. It's based on a Montgomery tune.
