Lol thanks heaps, I'm glad you like it :) Umm to make it look more like blood I changed the layer to color burn, and duplicated that layer maybe 3 times, or as many as it needed.

i have action movie essentials how do u get the head to dissapear?

you have the background a still second layer, then you mask out the head with subtract on the mask. In other words you have 2 shots, one of the action, and one of the scene just still, and cut out his head. videocopilot(.)net has a tutorial for it.

Thanks :) I only used one element from video copilot, that was the classic blood explosion/splatter, the rest is stock footage and a photo fom detonation films and google. As for making this, I didnt follow the tutorial, I just watched some videos made from it and kind of just tried my own style. Yes, I will work on making a tutorial, but at the moment I'm working on a portfolio for 3d modelling to get into an arts academy. So sorry if I take a while on the tutorial.

im gonna admit thats really good, the blood coming out of his neck is ok but the wall blood is terrific, great job dude, im looking for when people get shit in the head a hole and blood splats out and blood comes out of the hole, only found a good couple on youtube

Blood on the wall is great! I have action pack but there is no (at least in my version) that good blood pic. gush from the neck I downoaded (free sample). It is very good but a bit short for what I need. But you managed to mixed it very well! Great work!
