@SeaverofSweden this video, if you actually watch it, says to end the fed. It only differs from Ron Paul on one key point . (which as much as i support R. Paul, i agree with the film instead...) is that a gold standard is a mistake.  watch it to understand why.

@ancientwisdom2012 yes indeed I couldn´t see it first but it appears Ron Paul is just another stratagem of the elites to dupe the americans. If america adopts a gold standart again they will be totally enslaved to the bankers as it is them who posses the vast majority of it´s secret reserves. We must be VERY skeptic about every politician. In fact i dare to say until civilians don´t take politics in their own hands via pro active peaceful disobedience to the system, we shouldnt expect much.

@mcufre that is possible, However, it is also possible that Ron Paul is just misinformed. If everyone who was mistaken about ANY issue, was instantly assumed to be a tool of the elites, then NOT ONE PERSON on earth would be trusted, because no one is right about everything. We are human. That said, we should be open to the POSSIBILITY that Ron Paul is compromised in some way, but it also may be true that he is a well-meaning guy who is just very wrong on this issue. (continued...)

@mcufre (cont.) It is possible that Paul has not gotten all the research on the issue and has been misinformed. Part of the genius of the elites is that they divide and conquer. If we are becoming paranoid for any person who makes a bad judgment call and saying they are corrupt, at the very least, we will get nowhere, and at worst we will play into the hands of the elites again. I think R Paul is a good stepping stone for waking people up, and as you said yourself, we need PEOPLE to take action, not expect some messianic politician to save us. At times I think he stops himself short of his logical path of thinking so as to not be called a conspiracy nut. (even though he is when he denies belief in such ideas).

Either way, he's one of the few congressmen today who is informed about the nature of the federal reserve and central banking in general. With the massive support for h.r. 1207 in the house (341 cosponsors I think), there is reason to be optimistic at least.
