you coul just use the healing tool the icon with the band aid. I think it is a little quicker and more simple thats just me.

dude i need help my photoshop elements doesnt work i think i try to use the brusj tool the magnetic lasso tool but it doesnt let me the hand to move the pivture around is the only thing that appears and the layer isnt lock whats wrong?
