She lost her second child in the second trimester, and gave birth to a dead baby. Since she was 6 months pregnant, it's not a miscarriage, it's a stillbirth, they are not the same. Miscarriages occur before 24 weeks of pregnancy. If you lose a baby after 24 weeks of pregnancy they can have a funeral and are entitled to a death certificate, therefore she is a mother. Look into things before you type sick, inconsiderate bullshit to something that you clearly know nothing about
