I wanted to find a building via google images and see what I'd be able to create using just that one image :-) I like to think I did pretty well, considering I had no idea what the back or interior of the lot looked like lol Every other lot of mine is completely unique, unlike partially this one. Eeash, nice housing. Though sometimes I really dun wanna plant too many trees, they definitely get in the way of gameplay.

Question about your video: How did you do it? When I design houses and what not, I'm sure to zoom in, out, rotate and make sure everything's perfect. But on this vid, it remains very still at one angle for the entire thing XD. Just wondering if you had a particular program record it in that way.

Go into neighbourhood mode and open the cheat window (CTRL Shift C). Type in the following cheat..

boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true

Enter the cheat, enter your lot with or without Sims, select any item from Buy or Build mode and press the , and . buttons to rotate that selected item 45 degree's with every press :) I'm glad you like the house! Thanks :D

You mean the boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true/false cheat is'nt working? Have you made sure that you entered it whilst in Neighbourhood Mode? Other than that, I'm not sure why it is'nt working. I suggest you try making a thread in the tech support forums of thesims2. com, someone should be able to assist you there. Is it just the cheat that is'nt working?

Build Mode? I said Neighbourhood Mode :P You need to enter the cheat in Neighbourhood Mode, not Build Mode.

Not all roof's are angled :D Have'nt you seen the flat roof's of today? They've been used for centuries :D Just look at ancient Egyptian housing! Alot of them were flat :D I'm not flaming you suggestion by the way lol This house would look interesting with a typical roof!

I think what you mean is the 'Stage foundation' :-) It comes with TheSims2 Open for Business Expansion Pack. Very useful thing! I recommend it if you enjoy lot building or would enjoy more open gameplay :-)

to make objects rotate at an angle like he did with the table you need to type in "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true" and use the rotating keys(,.) to rotate it. clicking and dragging wont work
