@LighttheHedgehogable In history the second holy roman empire was made up of Germans who wanted it restored. So it would make sense they're the same person, especially considering they're so similar in appearance but there's been some speculation that he lost his memories after the 30(I think thats how many? I'm stupid lol) years war. It would also make sense why HRE is speaking German OTL. xD

They're so cute! :3 And I just want to say in response to some comments below that Chibitalia in the webcomic was aware he's a boy. He even almost said it to HRE once. (BTW, did he know what HRE thought about his gender?) So I don't think he was "gender-confused" as much as he was just easy-going. XD He also mentions HRE being his first love in Buon San Valentino, so I don't think he has a problem with m/m romance, hence the kiss. ;)
