Our pheasants are doing very well. They don't pick anymore, are in full colour, and starting to tail. This year we also have Isa Brown layers, Carnation roosters, Ruin ducks, and White Danish Geese. There is no substitute for home eggs or poultry, none.
We've just stared to have that problem. The only thing I heard was set up some backets of hay to keep them busy. Also make sure you have lots of covering and perches. Good Luck. we have one male that seems to get picked the most.

try to have at least 5 females for each male.......that usually works for the picking

Our set-ups are nearly identical. How do you keep them from picking each other?
