Did you use a program or a system to accelerate the boot? Or it's normal?
I use NOD 32 and my EeePC is 4 days old and the time of boot 10 seconds more than yours.

My EeePC was upgraded to 2GB Ram and part of RAM was used as RAM Drive for Windows temp folder. It might be the reason my EeePC is slightly faster than yours in boot-up.
