Mine just went out too on my '05 GC Limited. I ended up blowing a head gasket because of it too. I've had the gasket fixed but not the heater core. I dumped some stop leak in there and it seems to be holding but I know that's not a permanent fix. I was getting coolant leaking into the passenger side floor before I stopped it so at least I'm assuming it's a heater core.
anyone know of a video that shows how to replace a heater core and evap on a 96 cherokee se model?
