The peach dog was given to me on the day that I was born. He was my favorite, and I named him Puffy. I chewed on him so much that all that is left is an ear. Oops. I miss Puffy.
I got my first Puffalump for Christmas when I was 8 (I'm 32 now). It's the peach dog and I named him Petey. I was a sick kid and allergic to regular stuffed animals but not to Puffalumps so every birthday and holiday I got a one. I still have all 13 of them! I could never get rid of them! I still sleep with Petey every night and my boyfriend sleeps with my yellow duck one I named Quackers as a kid, lol. :) I got so used to sleeping with Petey that if I don't, my arms just can't get comfortable.
I still have mine- it's the pink one with the dress. Except the dress is long gone, it is no longer pink, and I had to perform emergency brain surgery on him (I know, it was meant to be a girl, but it turned out mine was transgender, and I had to be supportive) when he lost his stuffing, and all that was left was the bit in his foot.
Puffalumps really were the greatest child plaything. They're so soft, cute, and lovable. To this day, I have 3 generations of yellow/white bears, 1 purple bear, 1 teal mouse, 1 giant white bear, 1 Christmas reindeer and 1 white rabbit, all of which are puffalumps. I named my 1st yellow/white bear 'Puffy.' How original, right? haha <3

I got her on my first Easter back in 1986.I don't know what I would do if anything would ever happen to her.She's been everywhere with me. Camping, school, out of state trips and even to Scotland. I have other Puffalumps as well, but Puffy will always be number 1. Glad to see that there are others out there like me.They do get flat after all the years of hugging. Ha. It only took me about 2.

@LadyAmdis i feel the same. im 11, and i have a puffalimp i've had since i can even remember. i feel the same way you do, and i have a popple, and a care bear that are my other possesions wich i hold close to me and fond the memories being little. i will always love them. no matter what anyone will ever say.

we didn't see each other for 13 yrs when i lost him at church when i was 3 but last xmas my mom found one and gave him to me.
