knuckletc gave you great choices there, but if you dont mind i would like to add Milestones (sextet) and Relaxin' (Sextet). On milestones he gives one of his most famous block chord solos on the tune "Billy Boy".

Red Garland is my favorite jazz piano player .. I will never get tired of listening to all those trio records, with PC and PJJ...

To be honest I don't seem to find this particular one "a Garland of Red"...
