@Slimplaya5 no not really and its not genetic. i started parkour a while ago and im not the fittest of people. you must teach yourself it really isn't to hard to learn the basics. you could always look at videos on youtube on how to do parkour. theres loads of videos out there.

@Slimplaya5 Of cause you can learn it, look a parkour club up near you (if there is one) and join, I think it's most people having a passion for parkour and not really "professionals" but they might know something about how to land without hurting yourself, because some ways will over time mess up you body. So be careful and I wish you luck lol ;D
