Awesome Review!! I put the fist in the cabby seats as well! Optimus Prime is favorit of all the autobots but I like them all in general! This is my first time watching your TF G1 Reviews. Great job with all and keep up the good work. Unfortunatly I had to give away my TF toys when i was a Kid but I have sense then decided to recollect them. Hey Ry , So I'm on the verge of buying my first Binacle/Alternator Transformer. Are the japanese Binacles really that much better due to their die cast parts ? I like Mirage(Ford GT), Prime(SRT-10) and Tracks(Z06). Thought you could help a brother out due to your extensive knowledge of such things ( maybe I should ask your dad ....haha.) Marc...the binaltech die cast versions apparently are really nice, but you pay for the die cast...all i have are alternators and i really dig all the ones i have...I have Tracks and can say that he's pretty great, I don't have Prime or Mirage, but they're both nice from what i've seen..i'd also really recommend Hound...i got the reprolabel stickers for him and he looks most like his G1 counterpart, can't recommend him enough...hope this helps, Ryan

Ryan, you're the only guy who pronounced "huryochagi" correctly so far :P Officially the "h" should be pronounced as an "f", so it's furyochagi but it's actually an h with the lips on the teeth.

huryo = heel

chagi = kick

Originally, my YouTube-account was supposed to be dollyochagi (=roundhouse kick) but it was already taken. Most kicks-names were already taken.

The Encore Reissue is only 45 USD, with normal smoke stacks and working springs. My vintage Optimus has the blue Roller. I always insert the tip of the peg of the gun into his hand so that he can still point the gun forward.

Ryan, you can always get an Optimus for parts on eBay, just for his smoke stacks. There are loose long smoke stacks for sale for the Masterpiece version, but for a vintage/reissue G1 the only way is to get them from a broken one for cheap. I'm used to long ones on my vintage and I can tell they really are must-haves.

Definitely get Optimus. Even after nearly 25 years I'm still very impressed about mine. At the time, I only had a He-Man figure, Pathfinder Go-Bot and Battlecharger Runamuck (1st Transformer). Then I got Optimus Prime all of a sudden. I think I went crazy.

The Trailer according to the comics vanishes into "Sub-Space" which also is used to explain how Soundwave is a cassette players, etc.
