Yes, its the Centerion Siege Walker in a Yuri revenge Mod, acts like a Mobile Grand Cannon for the Soviets.

There is another mod where it costs less, moves faster, but it weaker. I think it sounded like a Terror drone.

Yes. Go to the EA Store and download it for $20 plus tax. Good luck with it, as it took me 15 hours to download all 5.3 GB.
