it is human stupidity, i live in south east asia and i abhor this! it happens every year in Indonesia and the Philippines to name a few! I agree with common...tics: don't board this ferries but if you must, bring along a personal life jacket because it will be overloaded! Humans! we must evolve or perish, this is the 21st Century!!!! WHAT STUPIDITY!!!!
