I heard this song on Sirius this morning for the first time.and it brought me to tears. About 2 weeks ago my 14 year old Golden Retriever died of cancer at my feet. My other dog and I are deeply grieving. Person or pet, we all grieve, Love knows no boundaries. I see her in my mind, racing through the forest where we live, happy and free. So many happy memories sustain me.

My Hsky mix and I were both grieving so a couple weeks ago I adopted another Husky mix from a family who didn't have time for her. Since I have no family or partner at this time, dogs are everything to me. In time I hope to adopt another Golden from a rescue group. I miss Sara a lot, and can't listen to the Enya song right now, but I see her happy and well.

It does NOT matter what ANYONE else thinks about your relationship between you & your girl. It is what YOU & HER think that matters. It is YOUR future with HER that is important. If your parents love you, then they will honor & respect your decision by accepting her into your family as their daughter. The paperwork is long, but if you love her, it is worth it.

I am literally shedding tears right now. Such a gorgeous and beautiful song. I REALLY miss my best friend, Tyler. He had the most amazing personality and he was really handsome as well. He had been my best friend since I was 3 and he always comforted me and understood me. He defended me and always made me feel loved and cared for. If your parents love you, then they will honor & respect your decision by accepting her into your family as their daughter. The paperwork is long, but if you love her, it is worth it.

More than I care to admit, I have wanted to leave this earth (by my own hands). I read your comments, and I cry thinking about those who I would leave behind, and how they would feel. @al4komidy -- please don't do it. Almost 14 years ago, my childhood sweatheart and dear friend took his own life after battling severe depression. To this day, I can't not cry when I think of him and how I will never see his sweet face again. The feeling of utter loss and grief is no better than the day I got the news. Please, seek help. There is no coming back, remember...

My baby sister lost her father about a year ago. He took his own life. I still feel the pain I had felt that day. My sister sings to him every night, I miss him much, and im sorry for what ever made him think of such a think to do. I know god took him in, And i miss him so.
My sister was only 4 that day. It was a day befor her younger sitsters first birthday.
He was only about 34 years old. He had died on 06/08/10
