This garbage truck is mainly used for front load dumpsters like what you'd see behind a restaurant, apartment or grocery store. What they have done here is attach a semi-permanent front load dumpster to the two rails which are connected to the dump arms. They installed an arm to pick up large trash cans. This is by no means the normal American dustcart.
